KATIE COOMBS
Katie was born in Reno, NV in 1972 and has spent almost all of her life there. She is a retired financial
planner after 25 years in the business and is currently the owner of RENOvations Strategies, LLC and Party America in Reno. RENOvation Strategies brings together over 20 years of real estate experience for Katie including residential flips, remodels, new construction, and short and long term rentals.
Katie has a large family in Reno which includes her four children, ages 27, 25, 20, and 8. She loves
spending time with family and friends engaged in lots of outdoor activities, sporting events, and
traveling.
She is currently the president of the board of Meaningful Memories Foundation which provides
celebrations for less fortunate kids in Northern Nevada. Giving back to the community has always been very important to Katie and her children.
KEVIN KESS
Kevin Kess has over 20 years of experience in the real estate sector. Mr. Kess has developed numerous multi-state real estate projects including large commercial ventures, private capital & land acquisition, and multi-use facilities.
Mr. Kess also has a strong financial background including roles as the CFO and Finance Director for major developers in the Northern Nevada and California markets.
Mr. Kess is a Native Nevadan and a graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno. He lives in Reno with his 9-year old son with a daughter at Oregon State University.
